PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part device having a paper screen capable of imparting an impression having a simple and opening feeling to an appearance of a circular window. SOLUTION: This invention of claim 1 has a frame material 10 provided along the edge of a circular opening part of a building, and a circular paper screen 20 arranged in the frame material 10; and is characterized in that the circular paper screen 20 has a circular light transmissive panel 21, a fixing member 23 installed along the outer periphery of the light transmissive panel 21, a circular frame 22 arranged by abutting on the fixing member 23, and a connecting member 24 for connecting the fixing member 23 and the circular frame 22, and the whole of the fixing member 23 and the connecting member 24 is hidden by the circular frame 22 by a front view of the circular frame 22.
