PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall material having novel workability as the outer wall material, and forming the waterproof function, the thermal insulation function, the airtight function, the condensation preventive function, or the like. SOLUTION: This outer wall material is composed of a metallic outer wall material B composed of a female type connecting part 14 on the upper side tip of a decorative surface 4, a step height decorative surface 6 on the lower side tip of the decorative surface 4, the innermost piece 8 and a male type connecting part 12, and a fixture F composed of a substantially horizontal plate-shaped fixing piece, a locking piece, a locking groove, a support piece, a waterproof projection and a fitting groove; and is supported by inserting the fitting groove of the fixture F into a waterproof piece 13 of the metallic outer wall material B, and fixes an upper end part of the metallic outer wall material B by fixing the fixing piece of the fixture F by a fixture, and a lower end part of the metallic outer wall material B is fixed by engaging an insertion piece 9 with the locking groove of the fixture F.
