PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-situ coagulation device of floating sludge which does not treat floating sludge after sending the sludge to the ground by a dredging method or the like, but coagulates the sludge in situ without a bad influence on the surrounding water quality to prevent the sludge from refloating. SOLUTION: The in-situ coagulation device 1 of floating sludge which coagulates the floating sludge S in water in situ comprises a coagulate separation means 2, 5, 6 for isolating one batch of treated floating sludge S coagulated in water in situ, into its open-end cylindrical part, a coagulant mixing means 3, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 for adding a coagulant to the floating sludge S and mixing them in the open-end cylindrical part, and a compression means 4, 7, 8 for compressing the floating sludge S in the open-end cylindrical part.
