PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when we use a Western-style toilet equipped with toilet seat paper covers in public facilities, setting the conventional toilet seat paper cover often annoys us because it may take some time especially when we are in a hurry, or it often makes us feel uneasy about its movable position because the once set seat may be easily displaced just before use. SOLUTION: Unlike conventional toilet seat paper covers, this toilet seat paper cover can be instantly and securely set on a toilet seat, which removes our uneasiness about the possibility of getting it out of position and helps us use a Western-style toilet in public facilities less reluctantly.
