A safety bulkhead for securing into a container prior to loading flexible bags containing fluids has a fabric panel (1) with two side panels (2) both reinforced by a rectangular webbing array (7) and with the side panels adhesive coated to secure to the inside walls of the container prior to loading the fluid bags. The webbing includes loops (5) to hold reinforcing bars. Securing straps (3) with slide adjusters and karabiners (4) are fitted to the top edge of the panel to secure to the container.
