<p>A tire capable of suppressing cracks which may be generated from a part of an endless decorative band formed in a part of a side wall and increasing the visibility of marks formed on the decorative band. The tire (10) comprises the endless decorative band (2) on the side wall (1). The endless decorative band (2) comprises one or more of first indication areas (3) and second indication areas (4) alternately disposed in the circumferential direction. The first indication area (3) comprises, at the portion of the side wall (1) adjacent thereto, a background portion (5) arranged continuously with the same surface roughness and a foreground portion (6) formed in the background portion (5), having a maximum width in the tire radial direction equal to that of the background portion (5), and forming the marks by roughening the surface roughness thereof more than that of the background portion (5). The backward portion (7) forming all or a part of the second indication area (4) comprises a surface rougher than any of the side wall (1) portion and the background portion (5) of the first indication area (3) adjacent to the background portion.</p> |
