A terminal device (30a) transmits image data to an image server (10) (S603). The image server generates an image data identifier. A PTT server (20) distributes the generated identifier to all the terminal devices (30a to 30n). When the terminal device does not hold the distributed identifier, it transmits the identifier to the image server (S611). The image server transmits image data associated with the received identifier to the terminal device of the identifier transmission source (S615). The terminal device which has received the image data outputs the image data (S617). Thus, it is possible to transmitting/receiving data other than audio data.
