<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum plasma generator for giving a low loss operation ratio with a little affection from external failure, while the structural parts number is so small as possible with compact structural size and general in use. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum plasma generator has: a power distribution terminal 2 for connection to a distribution network; a power distribution rectifier 3; a first converter 4 connected to the power distribution rectifier 3; a first HF signal generator 6 connected to a intermediate circuit voltage for generating a first phase position first signal at a base signal; a second signal generator 7 connected to the intermediate circuit voltage for generating a second phase position second signal at a basic frequency; a 3dB connector 13; and a generator output side 14.
