<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity adjusting film preventing both dry-up and flooding of a fuel cell in wide-ranged operation condition. <P>SOLUTION: On a solid polymer fuel cell, humidity adjusting films 30, 31 are interposed between catalyst electrode layers 20, 21 and gas-permeable carbon fiber current collector layers 40, 41.The humidity adjusting films 30, 31 is composed of conductive carbonaceous powder and polytetrafluoroetylene, and moisture permeability measured by JIS 1099(B-1) method is 1,200 to 4,000 g/m<SP>2</SP>hr, and average thickness is 5 to 100μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
