PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane-base coating-film waterproof material composition odorless and excellent in mixability, curability and finishing touches, low in viscosity and hard to foam. SOLUTION: This urethane-base coating-film waterproof material composition comprises a urethane prepolymer, a curing agent, and 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentane diol diisobutyrate, wherein the 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentane diol diisobutyrate is contained in an amount of 1-15 pts. by mass to 100 pts. by mass of components other than the 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentane diol diisobutyrate.
