PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film capable of being rapidly solidified at low temperature, while keeping the storage stability by making a certain fixed quantity of organic solvent contained in the anisotropic conductive film. SOLUTION: This anisotropic conductive film contains, as essential constituents, (A) a reactive elastomer, (B) an epoxy resin, (C) a latent curing agent and (D) conductive particles.
