PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device enabled to flatten the surface of function parts as well as uniformly dry the function parts, a manufacturing method of the organic EL device, and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: Since a liquid retention part 37 is so set as to be at an almost constant distance from the function parts 30, a distance between the function parts 30 and solvents 50 retained by the liquid retention part 37 is made uniform. Further, since the liquid retention part 37 is so set as to have a holding width t2 for holding a solvent 50, the solvent 50 held by the liquid retention part 37 never makes an irregular pattern. Therefore, partial pressures of solvent molecules at a part along the function part 30 can be made uniform, so that the function part 30 can be uniformly dried. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
