PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse pad capable of expediting recovery from mental and physical fatigue and energy for a long-term user by sticking an acupressure instrument to a computer mouse pad so as to be usable during the use of a computer, and mixing tourmaline that emits active substance such as anions and far-infrared rays useful on a human body, in the mouse pad and acupressure instrument. SOLUTION: This tourmaline healthy mouse pad is constituted by sticking the acupressure instrument 2 detachably to one side of the mouse pad 1, and including 1.5-10 wt% of tourmaline powder in the mouse pad 1 and acupressure instrument 2.
