PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic ketone-based polymer highly balanced in melt molding properties that can be used industrially and resin characteristics by modifying an aliphatic polyketone which contains as constituents ethylene and/or an ethylenic unsaturated compound and carbon monoxide; a manufacturing method of the same; and a molded body consisting of the same. SOLUTION: The aliphatic ketone-based polymer contains as the constituents (i) ethylene and/or an ethylenic unsaturated compound, (ii) carbon monoxide and (iii) a hydrogen addition product of a conjugated diene type polymer having a hydroxy group.
