PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple structure capable of easily supplying conditioned-air and stopping the supply. SOLUTION: A blow-off port 31 is supported so as to rotate between a use state wherein conditioned-air blows off toward a side door glass 13 and a non-use state wherein the conditioned-air blow off toward a different direction from the use state. A ventilating guide 35 is equipped to the blow-off port 31 so as to integrally rotate. An inlet 35a positioned inside of a ventilating duct 30 is provided in the ventilating guide 35. When the blow-off port 31 is in the use state, the inlet 35a of the ventilating guide 35 turns to an upstream side in a air flowing direction of the ventilating duct 30. When the blow-off port 31 is in the non-use state, the inlet 35a of the ventilating guide 35 turns to a downstream side in the air flowing direction of the ventilating duct 30.
