PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna arrangement structure of an unmanned helicopter for reducing interference between antennas for image data communication for transmitting picked-up data from an antenna and an airframe for operation data communication of an autonomous flight, and a shielding action of electric waves by a member provided to the airframe. SOLUTION: This antenna arrangement structure of a pilotless helicopter comprises an operation data antenna 18 for transmitting and receiving digital data for a flight operation, and an image data antenna 19 for transmitting analogue image data picked up by an airframe-mounted camera to an aeronautical station. The operation data antenna 18 and the image data antenna 19 are installed between right and left skids 9 at the bottom of an airframe 4 being displaced in forward, backward, right and left directions.
