PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exit gap adjusting device of a jaw crusher which enables an easy adjustment of an exit gap, and a prevention of toggle plate damages, and the jaw crusher. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a supporting member 64 fixed on a crusher frame 61, a toggle plate 65 held between the supporting member 64 and a lower end of a moving tooth 72, wedged members 76, 77 arranged in the gap between the toggle plate 65 and the supporting member 64, which enable an adjustment of the gap distance, and are slidable in a direction getting away from the gap when receiving a load from the toggle plate 65, and a BEAR-LOC's (R) hydraulic cylinder 87 which allows one wedged member 76 of them to drive so as to take out and put in against the gap.
