PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional absorbent core structure made of a fibrous material with a capturing area, distribution area and storage area, wherein the communication of a fluid among the layers is insufficient. SOLUTION: The method of making the absorbent core structure comprises a process of meltspinning of at least a first fibrous material layer with a plurality of first portions and a plurality of second portions. A superabsorbent material is deposited between each of the first portion and second portions of the first layer, and the first portion is moved with respect to the second portion of the first layer so that the superabsorbent material deposited between the first portion and the second portion is at least substantially encapsulated.
