PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the damages of a cheating action by the insertion of a foreign matter to a medal feeding port. SOLUTION: Near a medal entrance, a roller is provided so as to face a contact wall surface. The roller is rotated by the drive of a motor, the drive of the motor is controlled by a motor driver, and the motor driver controls the drive of the motor by receiving signals from a CPU. The CPU 3 outputs discharge signals to the motor driver in response to the fact that the number of medals stored in a credit storage part reaches 50. The motor driver receives the discharge signals and controls the motor so as to rotate the roller in a direction F. In the case that a detected rotation direction and a control rotation direction match, the motor is controlled so as to rotate the roller in a direction G in response to the fact that the number of the medals stored in the credit storage part becomes less than 50.
