PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking apparatus which keeps units and materials needed for each step of cooking concentratedly arranged in one location to be unitized and which can effectively cook a chinese style noodle or others while keeping a certain quality and chain stores can be easily spread. SOLUTION: A plurality of soup tanks 4 equipped with heaters and having open upper faces, a hot water tank 13 with a large volume connected to the soup tanks 4, ingredient storing portions 21 in which a plurality of ingredients are stored so as to be able to take in and out, a steam generator 29 for warming the stored ingredients by supplying steam to the ingredient storing portions 21, and the dishes storing portion 45 for storing a large number of pieces of dishes 47 so as to be able to take out and in them are arranged in a body case 1 having a flat working face 2 to constitute an integral structure.
