PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen knife capable of simply and surely removing liquid on the surface of a chopping board. SOLUTION: This kitchen knife is provided with a blade part 12 having an edge 12b and a back 12a, and a wiper member 18 attached to the back 12a and having flexibility. The wiper member 18 is attached to a groove part 16 formed in the back 12a. A side edge part of the wiper member 18 projecting from the back 12a is provided linearly in the direction crossing with the longitudinal direction of a handle 14 attached with the blade 12.
