PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worked ultrasonic probe in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus used for diagnosis and treatment in the medical field, and for nondestructive testing, etc. in the industrial field. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe is antibacterial-finished by blending a silver inorganic antibacterial agent in a resin housing of the ultrasonic probe or applying the silver inorganic antibacterial agent together with a UV-cured resin. It is confirmed that the number of bacteria is reduced by at least two digits even in an initially worked article after a sustainability test by the impregnation of 70% ethanol, so that the antibacterial-finished article with high sustainability can be provided.
