PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for extracting ice cream frozen and filled in a container in a soft cream-like state without previously bringing to a plastic state through preliminary crushing or temperature adjustment. SOLUTION: This device comprises setting one side of a pair of pressure plates in a fixed state and the other side, in a movable state, and adding pressure (Fig. 2) to a tube type container inserted into between the pressure plates through applying a toggle mechanism so as to enable extraction (Fig. 4) in an extremely short time.
