PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting louver capable of coping with plants requiring soil for growing, and easily adjusting an amount of solar radiation from the sun to a building. SOLUTION: This planting louver 10 for greening the wall surface of a building includes a planting head 11 for planting which is formed in an open container-like shape and an adjustment body 12 attached to the planting head 11 and adjusting an amount of solar radiation from the sun to the building. The planting louver 10 including the planing head 11 formed in the open container-like shape is allowed to correspond to plants requiring soil for growing.
