PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer, having a flow path for supplying a sample to a measurememt face and detecting a state of the sample in the vicinity of the measurememt face during measurement. SOLUTION: A sample measuring section 10 comprises a dielectric block 50 with a rectangular body formed from a transparent resin transparent to a light beam and having a smooth upper face as the measurememt face 50a; and a flow path member 51 formed with the flow path 60 for supplying the sample. A sensor chip 57 is disposed at the center of a region as a reaction measuring section facing a measurement section 63 on the measurement face 50a, and fixed with various ligands 57a. That is, metal films 55 are disposed in two regions, immediately before and immediately after the sample passes through the sensor chip 57 as regions adjacent to the sensor chip 57 in the flowing direction of the sample, and a surface plasmon sensor measures the state of the sample at two locations of the metal films 55.
