<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for efficiently heating fluid such as mash and wort in a drink technology field such as a brewery and advancing liquefaction and saccharification. <P>SOLUTION: This device is set with at least one heatable contact surface 3 on which an irregular area is set at least on part, in order to heat fluid in a fluid area.
