PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a QR code generation device and generation method, and a QR code generation system, generating an optimum QR code capable of being read by a QR code reader onto a display device equipped by each of a great variety of mobile communication terminals.

SOLUTION: This QR code generation device is an information processor such as a work station or a server having a terminal information list 30, and has: a machine type identifier reception part 21 receiving a machine type identifier transmitted by a user terminal 10; a QR code production part 22 producing the QR code; and a QR code transmission part 23 transmitting the QR code to the user terminal 10.
