<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a two-wheeler into a three-wheeler without impairing steering property as the two-wheeler. <P>SOLUTION: Right front fork 2 and left front fork 3 having buffer mechanisms 10 are mutually connected by a connecting member 17 of an upper end mechanism 4. In the connecting member 17, a connecting rod 18 is provided to be attachably/detachably connected to a handle side. At the inside of lower ends of both the front forks 2 and 3, right front wheel 5 and left front wheel 6 are provided to face with a narrow interval.
