p28 MOLECULE OR MEDICINAL PREPARATION CONTAINING GENE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel medicinal preparation for inhibiting immune response of interleukin-27 (IL-27).

SOLUTION: A p28 molecule or vector to which a gene coding p28 molecule is inserted so as to be expressed and secreted is administrated, thereby immune response of interleukin-27 (IL-27) can be specifically inhibited. Consequently, the preparation can be used for maintaining immune response by treating or preventing immunologic disease resulting from abnormality in immune response of IL-27 or by opposing adstriction of immune response of IL-27.
