<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a run-flat tire capable of manufacturing the run-flat tire good in uniformity because the eccentricity of a reinforcing layer or the like is hard to occur as compared with a conventional method by simple equipment and a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the run-flat tire includes a process for respectively arranging an inner liner rubber 19, reinforcing rubber members 18 for reinforcing both side wall parts and a carcass ply 14 at a predetermined position on the outer periphery of a molding drum, a process for arranging a pair of first beads 1a and a pair of bead fillers 12 to deform the inside parts from the first beads 1a into a toroidal shape, a process for winding up the end part 14b of the carcass ply 14 to paste the same, a process for pasting rubber members 13a and 13b, which constitute an annular expanded part, on the lateral sides of the bead fillers 12 of a toroidal molded article and a process for spirally pasting the cords SC on the region opposed to the rim flange of a rubber member 13 while rotating the molded article after pasting around its axis to form a reinforcing layer 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
