PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device and an information processor for efficiently dealing with image file data by adding meta data to image file data photographed by a digital camera, and applying information showing what to do after the image file data are photographed to the meta data. SOLUTION: Image file data 60 are configured of a header part 20, meta data part 21 and a data part 22 in which photographed image data are stored. An EXIF library for compressing the photographed image data is recorded in the header part 20. A method for using the image file data is recorded in the meta data part 21 by the text data.
