PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a shrinkable film in which finishing property after shrinkage is improved, especially in a state in that superiority of Es-based film is kept. SOLUTION: In the heat-shrinkable polyester-based film, (1) when shrinkage factor of the film in main shrinkage direction after immersing the film into a warm water is defined as HSW and shrinkage factor in the direction perpendicular to the main shrinkage direction is defined as M-HSW and HSW and M-HSW obtained when immersing time is 10 sec are each defined as HSW<SB>10</SB>and M-HSW<SB>10</SB>and HSW obtained when immersing time is 3 sec is defined as HSW<SB>03</SB>, HSW<SB>10</SB>in hot water at 95°C is≥55% and M-HSW<SB>10</SB>is≤5% andΔHSW obtained by the numerical expression 1:ΔHSW=HSW<SB>10</SB>-HSW<SB>03</SB>in hot water at 95°C is≥3%.
