PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent generation of dew condensation by improving cooling effect in a display room at an opening side of a side face in an open showcase opened at front and back faces and a side face of the display room. SOLUTION: This open showcase is formed by opening the front and back faces and the side face of the display room constituted on an upper portion of a heat insulating wall. The open showcase comprises a cold air discharge opening and a cold air suction opening respectively formed on opening upper edges and opening lower edge of the front and back faces and the side face of the display room, a cold air duct arranged from a heat insulating wall bottom face at a lower portion of the display room to an upper portion through a central portion in the display room and communicated with the cold air discharge opening and the cold air suction opening, racks installed in the display room, and a back face cold air discharge opening formed on a back plate constituting the cold air duct of the central portion in the display room inside for discharging the cold air toward the opening of the side face of the display room.
