PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of forming hollow spray and substantial spray sequentially in an injection process at a time. SOLUTION: This fuel injection valve is provided with a valve member 24 moving in the axial direction and having a seat part 25 for opening and closing a fuel passage 26 by leaving a valve seat 23 and seating on the valve seat 23 and a nozzle 30 forming an inner peripheral side injection hole 31 and an outer peripheral side injection hole 32 by arranging the injection holes in an inner and outer double manner and injecting fuel in the fuel passage 26 from the inner peripheral side injection hole 31 and the outer peripheral side injection hole 32 in accordance with leaving the valve seat. Distance Di between a fuel inlet 31a of the inner peripheral side injection hole 31 and the valve member 24 is shorter than distance Do between a fuel inlet 32a of the outer peripheral side injection hole 32 and the valve member 24.
