PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof board installation structure which can acquire sufficient waterproof characteristics without the use of a waterproof sheet of a special structure. SOLUTION: A modified asphalt sheet 4 is bonded to the whole undersurface of a waterproof board 3. After a rubber asphalt double-faced tape 5 is bonded onto the top surface of the base 1, the waterproof board 3 is placed on the tape 5. A screw 6 is driven into the base 1 through the waterproof board 3. Even if a hole is passed through the waterproof board 3 by means of the screw 6, sufficient waterproofness can be acquired because a gap between the waterproof board 3 and the screw 6 is solidly filled with the asphalt sheet 4 and the tape 5.
