PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communications apparatus equipped with a plurality of antenna switching means having a large merit in price, in which installation is simplified without complicating the structural members of a facility. SOLUTION: The wireless communications apparatus comprises an antenna assembly having a plurality of antennas and an antenna operation switching means being connected with the plurality of antennas and switching the operating state thereof, a communication controller having a transmission/reception circuit for controlling a communication signal being transmitted/received by the antenna assembly, and a signal line connected with the antenna assembly and the communication controller, respectively, and transmitting the commuincation signal being transmitted/received by the antenna assembly, wherein the antenna operation switching means switches the operating state of the plurality of antennas, depending on the communication signal being transmitted from the communication controller through the signal line.
