摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state laser device having a laser light source which realizes high output, covers a wide wavelength region, and can simultaneously output a plurality of small and highly efficient wavelengths, and in which light emitting points exist in the same device and they adjacently exist. SOLUTION: Laser materials 12 are bonded to a surface of a transparent substrate 11. The laser materials 12 are constituted of GdVO<SB>4</SB>single crystal having regions 13 where Nd is added to center parts. Coating which is highly reflective to 1,063 mm and is highly transparent to 808 mm is performed on a bonding face 12a of one laser material 12 to the transparent substrate 11, and coating of about 5% of transparency to 1,063 nm is performed on a confronted face 12b. Coating which is highly reflective to 912 nm and is highly transparent to 1,063 nm and 808 nm is performed on a bonding face 12a of the other laser material 12 to the transparent substrate 11.
