PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus mounting tool assuring heat shielding and sound preventing property of the wall at the part where a thin-shaped television is embedded thereto, and attaining sufficient strength and maintainability. SOLUTION: The mounting tool 1 of the thin-shaped television 2 is used to embed and fix the same television to the wall 6. This mounting tool 1 comprises a mounting portion 10 mounted to the thin-shaped television, a heat shield 4 provided at least to the part embedded to the wall, an accommodating portion 11 for accommodating the television, and a supporting mechanism 12 for swiveling one end of the mounting part to freely rotate. The accommodating portion has the depth to set the display surface of the television to the identical height of the wall surface, and to acquire a rear surface space at the rear surface of television for the heat radiating purpose and the size for assuring the gaps for ventilation of air in the rear surface space at least in the upper and lower portions of the television.
