PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pressing amount exerted on a package from being changed due to vibrations or the like, enable easy confirmation of an operating amount to make an appropriate pressing force on a semiconductor device, and eliminate the need for complicated adjustment work. SOLUTION: A lever member 34 engaged with a shaft part 14S of an adjustment knob 14 of a press-in lid unit 10 brings the shaft part 14S of the adjustment knob 14 into a locked state or an unlocked state selectively.
