PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make inverter control of circulation and filtration devices, such as a pump, more efficient in comparison with a convention method using timer setting by reflecting the actual operation state to control. SOLUTION: Signals from devices measuring numerical values of residual chlorine concentration or its injection amount, a pH value, and an oxidation-reduction potential are received, and when it is judged that the operation level of the circulation and filtration devices can be reduced, an inverter is actuated to reduce electric power, which reduces the amount of power consumption. Use of this method enables the control of electric energy according to the actual operation state, which enables an accurate and efficient control in comparison with an inverter control method using timer setting.
