PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the drive efficiency of a motor and a drive output by arranging winding systematically at the inside circumference side of a core, by improving the space factor of the winding at the outside circumferential side up to a level equal to that at the inside circumferential side, and by reducing flux leakage. SOLUTION: A core 1 formed in an annular shape in the circumferential direction 92 around a prescribed direction 91 includes protrusions 11-16 and a magnetic body 101. The protrusions 11-16 are arranged along the circumferential direction 92 in this order, and each one is located adjacent via the magnetic body 101 along the circumferential direction 92. All the protrusions 11-16 protrude both in the prescribed direction 91 and in the opposite direction to the magnetic body 101. Ends 111a, 111b, 121a, 121b, 131a, 131b, 141a, 141b, 151a, 151b, 161a, 161b with regard to the circumferential direction 92 of the protrusions 11-16 are each roughly parallel to the other end belonging to a different protrusion and adjacent to each other along the circumferential direction 92.
