The invention relates to a volume hydromechanical device for forcedly displacing liquid and gases based on the principle of interaction between two identical synchronously rotatable discs (3) which have a specific structural design and are arranged in the device body (1), in the centres of radial crosswisely crossing tunnels (9) embodied in the device body by rotation of the disc (3) contours, wherein said discs are placed on the perpendicularly located axes (4) on beatings (7) and the device structure is devoid of inlet and outlet valves.
