<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a fuel cell system learning current-voltage characteristics of a fuel cell and finding a lower limit value of output current from current-voltage characteristics so as not to exceed an upper limit value of output voltage stored in advance. <P>SOLUTION: The control device 23 judges an operation state of the fuel cell stack 2 by signals inputted from respective sensors, and controls whole of the fuel cell system 1, learns current-voltage characteristics of the fuel cell stack 2 corresponding to the operation state thereof, calculates the lower limit value of output current depending on the learned current-voltage characteristics and a prescribed upper limit value of output voltage, and outputs the lower limit value of output current to a power control device 20. In case a current required to the fuel cell stack 2 is not higher than the lower limit value of output current, it is possible to make the output voltage not higher than the prescribed upper limit value of output voltage by driving an auxiliary device like a freeze prevention heater 22 through the power control device 20, or by maintaining the lower limit value of output current by charging a secondary battery 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
