<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent freezing from a fuel cell body in a package, fuel reforming devices and cooling water devices with making an effective use of energy without wasting electric power. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell power generator comprises: the fuel reforming devices which perform steam reforming of fuel gas; the fuel cell body which generates electric and thermal energy on the basis of electrochemical reactions between the steam reformed fuel gas and air; and the cooling water devices which cool the fuel cell body. An inverter 9 is prepared to convert DC output from the fuel cell body into AC and heat generated by the inverter 9 is supplied as a hot wind, for example, to at least one of the fuel reforming devices, the fuel cell body or the cooling water devices.
