摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measurement system and method by which a blood pressure value can noninvasively and continuously be obtained and where an obtained numerical value is equivalent to a numerical value which will be measured by an oscillometric method existing already as wide-range data. <P>SOLUTION: Supposing that there is a proportional relation: blood pressure value (○) obtained by oscillometric method=a×blood flow output (D) of a blood flow value measuring device [a is a proportional constant in the formula] between the value of a signal outputted by the blood flow value measuring device corresponding to a blood flow rate ("blood flow output value") and a blood pressure value measured by the oscillometric method, the relation is obtained previously. Thereafter, the blood flow output value is measured continuously, and the blood pressure value which will be measured by the oscillometric method is calculated from the measured value and the previously obtained proportional relation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
