<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption due to a freezing preventing heater 36. <P>SOLUTION: This hot water supply device comprises the freezing preventing heater 36 having hot water pipes in a casing for heating the pipes to prevent the freezing, a temperature sensor 37 for detecting a temperature in the casing, and a control device 38 for energizing the freezing preventing heater 36 depending on a value for the temperature sensor 37. It has an operation part for stopping operation or setting a time.
