PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a frictional brake lining with minimum labor hour, and to transmit frictional force added to the frictional brake lining depressed from a rotating brake disc toward the brake disc, to a self-energizing plate by shape connection, when the brake is operated.

SOLUTION: This frictional brake lining 1 has a frame 8 comprising a notch 9, and is positioned in the notch 9, the frame 8 is engaged with the frictional brake lining 1 positioned inside from an upper portion, and the frictional brake lining 1 is releasably fixed to the self-energizing plate 5 movable in the circumferential direction of the brake disc.
