PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heating device with a steam generating function, eliminating the need of wiping out dew condensation in a storage and not exerting bad influence upon a cooked material. SOLUTION: This high frequency heating device with the steam generating function is adapted to supply at least either high-frequency wave or steam to a heating chamber for storing a material to be heated, thereby heating the material to be heated. The heating device includes: a high-frequency wave generating part; a steam generating part for supplying steam to the inside of the heating chamber; and a circulation fan for stirring the steam in the heating chamber.
