PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a no-wind cooling system having a cooling chamber structure adopting a double wall structure for efficient cooling operation by uniformly circulating cold air in a whole warehouse. SOLUTION: The system comprises a cooling chamber structure part 2 formed in the double wall structure with an outer wall 3 having heat insulating performance and an inner wall 4 opposed to the outer wall 3 while securing a fixed refrigerant distribution space from the outer wall 3, a partition wall 5 for partitioning the refrigerant distribution space into a plurality of distribution passages in which refrigerant can be circuited, a cooling means 6 installed in each of the distribution passages for giving cooling treatment to the refrigerant to be filled in the distribution passage, and a circulating fan 7 installed in each of the distribution passages for circulating and feeding the refrigerant.
