PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate replacement of a yoke in an easy-to-regenerate electromagnetic solenoid. SOLUTION: A split yoke 25 has a first sidewall 26 arranged on the outside of a coil 13, a second sidewall 27 arranged on the outside of the coil 13 oppositely to the first sidewall 26, a back wall 28 interconnecting the first sidewall 26 and the second sidewall 27 and fitting in the opening protrusion 14 of the central hole 11 of a bobbin 12 or connecting a core 3, a recessed first engaging portion 30 provided at the end of the first sidewall 26, and a protruding second engaging portion 31 provided at the end of the second sidewall 27. First engaging portion 30 of one split yoke 25 and second engaging portion 31 of another split yoke 25 are fitted to each other without being caulked and the second engaging portion 31 of one split yoke 25 and the first engaging portion 30 of another split yoke 25 are fitted to each other without being caulked so that two split yokes 25 of identical shape form one yoke 4.
